Complementary distribution policy

The main reason why ICPS develops publications is to pursue its goals of adding to the public good and spreading the practice of independent research, which improves decision-making. For this reason, organizations and individuals who share our convictions and pursue similar goals can obtain the Center’s publications at no cost.
