Transformatsiia is a Russian-language version of the World Bank bulletin “Transition”. This publication aims to inform the public-at-large about the process of reform in transition economies.

During 1998–2001, ICPS has been translating the “Transition” bulletin into Russian, provided for its printing and distribution throughout countries of the former Soviet Union, as well as worldwide. The archive of publications can be easily accessed.
