Has over 20 years' experience in organising seminars, business training exercises, research projects, and courses in Ukraine, Russia, the Baltic States, and countries of Central Asia and the Caucasus. As a researcher, he has over 30 years' experience of scientific research and analytical developments in the domains of theory and methodology of architecture, urban planning, cultural studies, social communications, and global development. Experienced in designing new educational establishments and analytical organisations. In the past three years, has participated in preparing and implementing more than 20 public policy projects.
