Specializes in developing new projects for ICPS, preparing project proposals and attracting funding. Coordinates work with NGOs and consultancies in different countries. Responsible for marketing strategy regarding periodicals, research and other ICPS products. Ms Baranyi has worked with the NGO sector since 2001. Prior to that, she worked for USAID. Has substantial experience in developing and implementing Technical Assistance projects in Ukraine.
