An economist with wide-ranging expertise in the problems of transition economies and in policy analysis. Evgenia focuses on social and labour policy, as well as developments in consumer behaviour. Over the past 4 years, she has been involved in elaborating and performing several business-commissioned research projects done by ICPS.
