An economist with extensive experience working with NGOs and the business press. Has many years' experience in running teams of economists fulfilling projects of macro- and microeconomic analysis. Manages the Quarterly Predictions and numerous other projects of the ICPS Economists Group. Specialises in monetary and banking sectors. As ICPS Deputy Director and Senior Economist, Mr. Blinov has experience in developing and implementing capacity building programs for state and local governments, NGOs, and professional associations.
